What is the booking policy?

Bookings need to be confirmed then completed in order to confirm they took place and ensure you are paid.

All bookings should be entered into the Home Care Heroes system and confirmed prior to the booking proceeding.

After the booking takes place, you need to go onto the platform and “Complete the Booking”. At this stage, you can adjust the time if the booking ran for less or more time than expected.

  • Any bookings that are not completed within 4 weeks from when the booking was scheduled, will expire. Please complete your bookings as soon as possible, in order to be paid for them. 

You will also need to confirm the kilometres travelled if the booking included transport at the time of confirmation.

The Member will then receive an email notifying them that the booking has been completed. They will then go onto the platform, click on the “Bookings” tab, click on the relevant booking and then click “Confirm Booking”. 

The booking will now be processed and charged.
